These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Aqverontis platform and website operated by Aqverontis Pty Ltd (ABN 00 000 000 000), Level 12, 333 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia ("Aqverontis", "we", "us" or "our"). By submitting an access request or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Platform Access

Access to the Aqverontis platform is granted following a review of your access request. We reserve the right to approve or decline any access request at our sole discretion. Access credentials are personal and must not be shared with third parties.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Aqverontis platform only for lawful purposes consistent with its design as an information review and data analysis tool. You must not:

  • Submit data that violates any applicable law or the rights of third parties.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or interfere with any part of the platform.
  • Use the platform to process or store any prohibited category of information as defined in our Privacy Policy.
  • Share access credentials or allow unauthorised third parties to access your dashboard.

3. Platform Availability

We aim to make the Aqverontis platform available at all times but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may cause temporary unavailability. We will communicate planned outages in advance where possible.

4. Automated Outputs

The structured insights and analysis outputs provided by the Aqverontis platform are generated automatically based on the data you submit. These outputs are provided for informational purposes only. Aqverontis makes no representation that the outputs are complete, accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Aqverontis platform, including its interface, software and documentation, is owned by or licensed to Aqverontis Pty Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your own information-review purposes. No broader rights are granted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Aqverontis is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount, if any, paid by you for platform access in the preceding 12 months.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
